Returns
We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days of purchase. To process a returns request please contact us at expert@joshwoodcolour.com stating your order number and what products you would like to return. Please also advise why you would like to return them. If any products in your order arrive damaged or faulty please send photos with your email so we can investigate further.

I want to cancel my subscription - please can you help - I did not mean to sign up to this and it is not clear how I cancel this subscription. I feel annoyed I can not find how to do it easily on the website I feel like this is deliberate - please help cancel my subscription
